Track machine is a carousel with mannequins that rotate around five stations:
- Loading: one operator dresses the two mannequins at a time;
- Spraying: two operators spray the garments, one only on the front and one only on the back;
- Quality control: ability to control the quality of spraying just made;
- Drying oven: the garments are dried at a maximum of 60 ° C for 20-30 seconds just to be able to handle the garments without ruining the effect given;
- Automatic unloading: the mannequins deflate and a rotating belt loads them into the basket.
With only 3 operators, high production volumes can be achieved and operator specialization is achieved: an operator performs only one task. In addition, the machine, continuing to turn, sets the rhythm without downtime.
